Congratulations to Chef Marc Lepine of Atelier, the winner of this year’s Gold Medal Plates culinary competition. Lepine won over the judges with an incredible plate: Smoked steelhead trout with miso molasses glaze, cured pork belly, corn and barley porridge and a corncob broth.

Congratulations also to silver medal winner Jon Svazas of Fauna and bronze medal winner Joe Thottungal of Coconut Lagoon.
