Dumpling Park is a “secret” trailer that sells tasty dumplings and noodles just minutes from Dow’s Lake. Who knew? Lots of public servants from nearby offices, that’s for sure.

Tucked into Morning Owl Coffeeshop’s back parking lot (538 Rochester St.), Dumpling Park (don’t you love the name?) is where you’ll find a food trailer set up on a hot green astroturf lawn. Ordering is easy — just three daily menu items each day — a hot dumpling bowl, a noodle bowl, or a vegan bowl. All dumplings, all the time, we say!

Ten pan-fried dumplings on rice with a small side salad cost $11.50, plus tax. Zip in before the crowds. Cash only. Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

City Bites Hot Tip: Head to Morning Owl first to pick up an iced latte or iced Americano, then make the five-minute walk to Dow’s Lake to enjoy your leisurely lunch and coffee by the water.
