Last December, celebrity chef Michael Bonacini rolled through St. John’s, Montreal, Toronto, and (drumroll, please) Ottawa for Season 2 of 24 Hours of Food with Michael Bonacini.
The premise?
The chatty chef hangs out at four restaurant kitchens in each city, eating a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a late-night snack before heading out. You, the viewer, get a behind-the-scenes glimpse at your fave chefs prepping their signature dishes while chatting with the affable Bonacini.
Now it’s show time! The entire four-part series will be available on Fibe TV1 as of Monday, Feb. 27 or catch it on the Fibe TV app. Watch the chefs in action — salivate, swoon, then turn off and make that reservation.
City Bites Hot Tip: Want to be fully prepped before viewing? City Bites Insider hung out in the kitchens last December while chef Michael was watching Ottawa’s own celebrity chef Marc Lepine of Atelier as he created a super-glam dessert using balloons, fruits, and dry ice.
