Has all the holiday business got you wound up in tinsel and shopping stress? Perhaps it’s time for some pampering, and a good deed, too. Minerva Spa is hosting a night of relaxation Wednesday, Dec. 16 from 7 to 9 p.m. in support of Rae of Light Havens, an organization providing a safe space for survivors of sexual assault. Guests of Minerva will have time in the Vedana sauna room; a sensory journey which involves a selection of essential oils; a relaxed yoga breathing mini-session; gentle hand polish and treatment; mini relaxation massage; customized aromatherapy scent; spa martinis and tapas; and Minera swag bag. Tickets just $30 – find them here – a small price to pay for your sanity this season. Only 50 tickets will be sold so don’t dawdle!
