The place
It’s part of the Riviera, a three-tower development with vast outdoor amenities and 24/7 security, which means you’re buying into an involved community that organizes events, classes, tournaments … there’s even a big tennis league that takes advantage of the four tennis courts on the property. A walking path circles the towers and bike paths connect residents to Orleans, downtown, and Kanata. It’s right off the 417 and is minutes away from Train Yards.

The history
Built in 1986, the tower at 1500 Riverside was renovated a few years ago, so the lobby and common areas have a chic modern look. On the more practical side, all windows and balcony doors were replaced seven years ago. Unit 1507 was renovated by a local pair of women whose mission is to update older units, so there’s a real focus on upscale finishes and on-trend design elements.
