Grand Prize. There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won:

.    Contest runs from September 15 until October 15, 2014. Contest is open to Ottawa residents.

.    Grand Prize will consist of up to $1300, worth of in-salon professional coloring, cutting and styling services at a Participating Salon, for a one year period beginning October 16 2014 and continuing through October 15 2015 (“Prize Claim Period”).

.    Winner will receive a voucher good for up to 6 visits to a Participating Salon, each of which can redeemed for coloring, cutting and styling services worth up to $216.67 per visit. The voucher will be punched following each visit. Winner is responsible for retaining the voucher until the entire balance of the Prize is redeemed. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

.    Any balance remaining on the prize after October 15 2015 will be deemed forfeited and no compensation will be provided.

.    Balances for services that exceed the $216.67 maximum per visit or the $1,300 value of prize are the responsibility of winners. Prize cannot be applied to taxes or gratuity.

.    Prize can only be used by and applied to services for winner and not anyone else. Prize cannot be applied to any previous balance due at the Participating Salon. Prize may only be redeemed at a Participating Salon in accordance with these Official Rules.

.    The approximate retail value of each prize is $1,300. Prizes are nontransferable.

.    No substitutions or cash redemptions. Not good for the purchase of retail products. The retail cost for any retail products the winner wishes to purchase is the responsibility of the winner. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All unspecified expenses are the responsibility of winners.

.    Prize is subject to Participating Salon’s terms and conditions, including any requirement to schedule service appointments in advance. Failure to comply with the Participating Salon’s terms or conditions, instructions or any other directives may result in cancellation and/or a charge for service.

.    Participating  salon reserves the right to make the final decision of admission, according to the rules and regulations established at the Participating Salon. Sponsor cannot be held responsible for this decision or for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of services. Any dispute must be settled directly with the Participating Salon concerned.

.    Winner must visit the same Participating Salon where winner originally entered the Sweepstakes. If winner did not enter the content through the salon, he/she must visit the assigned salon by the Sponsor.
