Shannon Rose’s Seasonal Effectiveness
Shannon Rose crafts pretty little vignettes with vocals that are sweet and achy. Her debut, called Sing Me a Song, came out in 2008. Earlier this year, she launched the first in a series of seasonal work. The album was a five-songer called Winter. Album three is out this week. It’s called Summer and features some belated beats. The EPs allow Rose to be “in a happy loop of writing, rehearsing, recording and performing.”
